At Supero Fitness, I'm dedicated to helping women reach their goals whether it be slim down, add muscle or just get healthier and feel happier. With personalised training programs & my app, allows you to access a variety of workouts that will be designed specifically for you so you can make real progress towards your fitness goals. As a personal trainer and nutrition coach, I’ve helped hundreds of women just like you feel their best. After noticing how many women struggle with the changes that come in midlife, myself included, I created my online app to offer real fitness solutions that work.

I completely understand how intimidating it can be to take that first step. I didn’t pick up a dumbbell until I was almost 40, and I had no clue what I was doing! I was that woman in the oversized t-shirt, hiding in the corner of the gym, following YouTube workouts and hoping for the best.
