I'm Leah, founder of Supero Fitness, and I'm passionate about empowering women, especially those over 40, to feel strong, confident, and healthy at any age.
I started my fitness journey training in a small gym my husband built in our garden. That humble beginning sparked my love for fitness, and I turned it into a career to help others feel the same strength and transformation I experienced.
I now run Supero Fitness one to one training and MySuperoFit online training.

What I Do
My mission is to help women, especially those who may feel nervous about going to a public gym or are facing changes in their bodies as they enter perimenopause. It's not just about menopause—it's about lifestyle changes. I’m here to show you that with the right guidance, you can transform your body and mind at any stage of life. I teach real, sustainable habits that create lasting change. There are no quick fixes—just honest, hardworking programs that build confidence and get results that last.
