Who is the personal training for?My training is designed for those who want to build strength, improve fitness, and feel more confident in their bodies. Whether you're a beginner or have some experience, I’ll create a program tailored to your needs and goals. Age and experience is irrelevant.

Where does the personal training take place?All one to one sessions take place in my private gym, where you’ll have a comfortable, non-intimidating space to train without the crowds of a commercial gym.

Do you offer nutrition advice as part of training?Yes! As part of my personal training, I provide guidance on nutrition, including meal structuring, macronutrient balance, and sustainable eating habits to support your fitness goals.

Can I train if I have an injury or health condition?Absolutely! I’ll work with you to modify exercises and create a plan that suits your needs. If necessary, I may recommend consulting your doctor before starting.

What is the Supero Fitness app?MySuperoFit app provides structured fitness programs, workout guides, and nutrition plans you can follow from home or the gym. It’s designed to help busy women over 40 achieve their fitness goals with expert guidance.

Do I need equipment for the workouts?No! The workouts are not automatically generated, I write them myself. On signing up you will be asked to fill in a questionnaire and this is where you can let me know what equipment you have access to.

Can I track my progress on the app?Yes! You can log your workouts, track your strength gains, and monitor body composition changes to see your progress over time.

Do I need to be experienced to use the app?No! The app is easy to use and if you get stuck you can message me direct through the app.

How do I access the app?Once you sign up for a program, you’ll receive a login link to download the app and access immediately. You will be able to get familiar with it and start using it straight away. As I personally like to ensure the program is right for the individual it will take me a day or two to get your workouts and nutrition goals set.
