REFUND POLICY

Refund Policy 

1. Digital Products – No Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a digital product has been accessed, downloaded, or delivered, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.

2. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

  • Duplicate Purchases – If you accidentally purchase the same digital product twice, please contact us within 7 days for a refund of the duplicate transaction.

  • Technical Issues – If you are unable to access your purchased product due to a technical issue on our end, we will provide support to resolve the issue. If the issue cannot be resolved, a refund may be issued at our discretion.

  • Misrepresentation or Error – If a product description is significantly different from what is delivered, we will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

3. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund under exceptional circumstances, please email leah@superofitness.com within 7 days of purchase with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Any supporting evidence (e.g., screenshots of errors)

4. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorised chargebacks may result in account suspension.
