I'm Leah, founder of Supero Fitness, and I'm passionate about empowering women, especially those over 40, to feel strong, confident, and healthy at any age.


I started my fitness journey training in a small gym my husband built in our garden. That humble beginning sparked my love for fitness, and I turned it into a career to help others feel the same strength and transformation I experienced.


I now run Supero Fitness, where I offer personalised one-on-one training, alongside digital fitness programs, designed specifically for women who want to change their lives through sustainable health and fitness.

What I Do


At Supero Fitness, my mission is to help women, especially those who may feel nervous about going to a public gym or are facing changes in their bodies as they enter perimenopause. It's not just about menopause—it's about lifestyle changes. I’m here to show you that with the right guidance, you can transform your body and mind at any stage of life.


I teach real, sustainable habits that create lasting change. There are no quick fixes—just honest, hardworking programs that build confidence and get results.

My Approach


I'm all about keeping things real. I know how busy life gets, and I'm here to offer you practical, effective solutions. I believe fitness is about so much more than weight loss—it's about building strength, confidence, and creating a positive relationship with your body and food.


I offer a mix of in-person training at my private gym and online programs with online coaching if required. My Free Starter Guide is the perfect way to get a feel for what my programs are like—covering nutrition, fat loss, macros, and even including workouts with video demonstrations.
