Complete a variety of exercises and target your muscles from various angles.

4 different workouts to help you increase strength, improve muscle mass, balance, burn calories and increase endurance.

The four day split starts with a full body workout to fire your body up for the week then is followed with a chest and arms, back & shoulders then finish the week with a leg and glute burner.

The workout is designed so you can either work it as a program with reps and sets or as a HIIT workout going through the circuit, performing each exercise for 30-40 seconds with a short 20 second break before moving onto the next.

Equipment needed are dumbbells only making this a good home workout option or if you're in the gym many exercises can be done with their gym alternative to really keep the boredom at bay.

All workouts have a link so it can be viewed on YouTube if needed.
