  • Do all the workouts need to be done in a gym?

    The workouts are based around using Dumbbells. So these workouts can be done at home. 


    If you don't already own any  you may want to treat yourself or use alternative weighted objects (tin of beans!)

  • What about the recipes. Surely they can't cater for everyone.

    That's correct. The recipes included cover breakfast, lunch, dinner & treats. Some may have ingredients in that you do not eat. 


    However they are there for inspiration and ideas. I personally don't eat meat so for the meat recipes I just substitute it for my favourite alternative.
